It was so nice to go in person for the course. Mariam Azam organized everything and Joseph Arsenault in detail provided the course and gave nice examples and through the course, we had discussions and live examples. It helped to understand the concepts of ITIL 4. He also worked on tests with us where he mentions the main concept of ITIL 4 and how to understand the test and go through it. Right after the first day of the course I went through tests and got a 65% score, after send day I was in 80% score, on the third day I was 95%. It took me three days to complete the course prepare and PASS the test and get my ITIL 4 certification. Looking towards PMP.

Decided to take the ITIL 4 course and I was very pleased with the level of knowledge I received. Passed on my first attempt.

Mariam was awesome! She helped me every step of the way, always reinsuring me that I had what it takes to succeed and would pass the test with her help. Everything was covered thoroughly, practice test and questions were given along the way. She was always available for questions outside of class and she would check in periodically. She has a great teaching method, explains it with real life scenario’s, and was always encouraging. She made it easy to ask questions and have open discussions. Having the practice tests she gave us, along with the practice tests and mock exam online was another piece that helped reinforce what I learned.

From the beginning to the end process was super easy, clear and linear. ADV Technical Institute was recommended to me when I decided to take on ITIL 4 certification. I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service, great trainer/teacher. Awesome! Thank you Mariam and Joe!
